Tap the AI Assistant card on the home dashboard.

• check_circle Look for the purple card with the robot icon.

Type your specific health question into the Type your message... box at the bottom of the screen.

• check_circle The assistant helps with menstrual health, reproductive health, and nutrition for women.

Press the Send icon to start the conversation with the assistant.

• check_circle The send icon is the paper plane button located next to the text box.
