Use the period tracker to log your cycle dates. This helps the app provide accurate health insights.
Tap the Diary icon located in the bottom navigation bar.
Select the Mark Period button below the calendar.
Tap the first calendar field under the question When did your last period start? to choose a date.
Select the specific day your period began and tap OK.
Click on the second input field to set the day your period ended.
Select the final day of your cycle on the calendar and tap OK.
Press the Done button to save your period dates to your diary.
