Tracking Your Cycle

Use the period tracker to log your cycle dates. This helps the app provide accurate health insights.

Access the Period Tracker

Tap the Diary icon located in the bottom navigation bar.

  • check_circle The Diary icon is the second item from the left.

Add New Period Data

Select the Mark Period button below the calendar.

  • check_circle This button appears on the main Period Tracker screen.

Open Start Date Picker

Tap the first calendar field under the question When did your last period start? to choose a date.

  • check_circle The input box will highlight when you tap it.

Pick Your Start Date

Select the specific day your period began and tap OK.

  • check_circle Ensure the month and year at the top are correct.

Open End Date Picker

Click on the second input field to set the day your period ended.

  • check_circle The start date you previously picked should now be visible in the first box.

Pick Your End Date

Select the final day of your cycle on the calendar and tap OK.

  • check_circle You can use the pencil icon if you prefer to type the date manually.

Finalize the Entry

Press the Done button to save your period dates to your diary.

  • check_circle Your updated cycle stats will immediately reflect on the tracker screen.
